Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes in the luxury villa rental industry.

Analyse market data to develop targeted strategies for business growth and market penetration.

Identify potential markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities to drive business expansion.

Business Development:

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Identify and engage with potential clients, including affluent individuals, families, corporate clients, and travel agencies, to promote our luxury villa offerings.

Leverage your network and industry connections to establish and nurture long-term partnerships and collaborations.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Serve as the main point of contact for high-value clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing personalized services.

Partnership Development:

Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with luxury travel agencies, concierge services, event planners, and other industry stakeholders to expand our reach and services.

Collaborate with partners to create tailored packages and exclusive offers to attract high-profile clients.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.

Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing strategies to secure new business opportunities.

Monitor and analyse sales performance, pipeline, and market trends to optimize revenue generation.

Marketing and Brand Promotion:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the agency’s brand visibility and reputation.

Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, website content, and social media campaigns to attract and engage luxury travellers.

Travel and Networking:

Attend industry events, luxury travel expos, and networking opportunities to represent the agency and establish a strong presence in the luxury travel sector.

Stay updated on industry news, luxury travel trends, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

Qualifications:

Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field

Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the luxury travel or hospitality industry.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong network of contacts within the luxury travel sector is a plus.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
