Keir: Megan, welcome back to One Carrington. We’re here in Apartment 15 — our incredible show apartment that your team has beautifully curated, featuring your brand-new Callestoga Collection. Tell us a bit about it.
Megan: Callestoga is our latest furniture collection, which we’ve recently launched to market and are showcasing here for the very first time at One Carrington. It brings something truly fresh — a high-end, bespoke, turnkey furniture solution designed for developers, landlords, tenants, and discerning homeowners.
Keir: Apartment 15 was fully customised for One Carrington. How flexible is the Callestoga range for other developers or clients?
Megan: The Callestoga Collection is fully customisable. For One Carrington, we created a tailored version — adding new pieces, upgrading existing ones, and offering multiple bedroom schemes, dining table options, and sofa sizes. On top of our core furniture package, we also provided a turnkey show home styling service to complete the look.
Keir: And how quickly can clients expect delivery?
Megan: All of our furniture is designed entirely in-house and produced exclusively for us. Because we hold stock locally, once a client gives the go-ahead, we can deliver within as little as two weeks.
Keir: We often find that visitors fall in love with these apartments and want to buy everything inside. Is the furniture available for purchase?
Megan: Absolutely — everything you see here is available to buy. Since all pieces are designed in-house and stocked locally, they’re ready for purchase. Many of the items are also now available through our e-commerce platform, B at Home.
Keir: OB and Burbeck have worked closely together on this design. What made One Carrington the perfect launchpad for this collection?
Megan: One Carrington provided the ideal setting for launching Callestoga. It’s an extraordinary development in the heart of Mayfair — super-prime, diverse, and refined. The collection’s timeless elegance and broad appeal perfectly complement the building’s character, showing potential buyers and tenants how sophisticated, comfortable living can truly feel.
