Harvey has over 25 years of professional experience within the luxury real estate industry including 12 years as a Proprietary Partner at Knight Frank, the world’s largest private property firm. During his time at Knight Frank whist taking responsibility for the Mayfair office he oversaw the prime central London offices including Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Kensington and Victoria. Harvey has been responsible for many of the record breaking Central London sales and his clients The Grosvenor Estate, The Crown Estate and many of London’s successful developers including Finchatton.
Ross Harvey
Lettings Director, ARLA
Ross Harvey joins OB Private with an impressive 18 years of experience in residential lettings. Most recently, he served as a partner at the global property firm Knight Frank, where he led their Ascot and Virginia Water offices, overseeing prime areas in Berkshire and Surrey, including the prestigious Wentworth Estate. Prior to this, Ross led an independent agency on Portman Square, Marylebone. He now returns to the West End luxury real estate market, bringing his extensive expertise and experience to his new role as Lettings Director for Mayfair.

Tara Parkinson graduated from Buckinghamshire New University with a degree in International Tourism Management to embark on an exciting career travelling the world as cabin crew for Virgin Atlantic. Furloughed during the pandemic, Tara chose to pivot her career and joined Chesterton’s, one of London’s premier estate agencies, as a Senior Office Coordinator managing the daily operations of the office. When the opportunity to work at Oliver Bernard arose, it aligned perfectly with Tara’s desire for a new challenge. Now, she builds the foundations of our office in Mayfair as a coordinator and PA. Outside of work, Tara is a proud dog mum to her cockapoo Ralph and her passion for travel continues to grow – “the hotter the country, the better!”

A SPEARS Top 500 Property Advisor, as founder, Charlie is among the wave of hungry entrepreneurs looking to inject some youthful energy into the Prime Central London real estate market. Where Charlie differs, is that he has dedicated his entire career to get to this point. He studied Rural Land and Property management at the Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester, he then joined the Tesco Property Acquisitions team as a graduate surveyor before transferring to Carter Jonas Mayfair to finish his APC and qualify as a Chartered Surveyor at the age of 26. At 33 he is now one of the only Estate Agents with over a decade of experience and the professional qualification to go with it.
George Vernon

George Vernon, co-founder and MRICS qualified, began his career in property with some of London’s most prestigious clients. As a consummate socialiser, George is not only full of insider knowledge, but he comes with the experience of working alongside property giants such as Grosvenor, The Crown Estate and Howard De Walden. Now based in our Notting Hill office, George is a local resident and a core part of the community, known for his extensive network and warm relationships with everyone from local business owners to long-time residents. His extensive contact list makes him one of the most knowledgeable lettings agents in London. We call him our in-house chameleon because he gets on with everyone, and when it comes to new opportunities, he comes with eyes in the back of his head.

OB Private began as Oliver Bernard Private, born from the shared vision of two friends: Charles Oliver Gibson, a Mayfair real estate expert, and Ralph Bernard de Wavrin, owner of luxury villas in Greece. Originally a bespoke service connecting Charles’ network of ultra-high-net-worth clients with Ralph’s properties, it quickly grew into a recognised name in luxury real estate.
