Harvey has over 25 years of professional experience within the luxury real estate industry including 12 years as a Proprietary Partner at Knight Frank, the world’s largest private property firm. During his time at Knight Frank whist taking responsibility for the Mayfair office he oversaw the prime central London offices including Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Kensington and Victoria. Harvey has been responsible for many of the record breaking Central London sales and his clients The Grosvenor Estate, The Crown Estate and many of London’s successful developers including Finchatton.

Ross Harvey
Lettings Director, ARLA
Ross heads up OB Private’s Mayfair Lettings division, bringing over 18 years of experience in prime central London and country lettings. Prior to joining OB Private, Ross was a Partner at global property firm Knight Frank, where he led the Ascot and Virginia Water offices – overseeing high-value homes across Surrey, Berkshire and the Wentworth Estate. He also previously ran a respected independent agency on Portman Square, Marylebone. His deep market knowledge and proven track record across the super prime sector now underpin OB Private’s lettings presence in Mayfair and the wider West End.

Joe Mason
Associate Sales Advisor
Joe brings over a decade of experience in Prime Central London’s luxury real estate market, including six distinguished years at Savills’ flagship offices in Knightsbridge and Sloane Street. His deep-rooted expertise and intimate understanding of Belgravia, Knightsbridge, and Chelsea have earned him the trust of UHNW private clients and leading estates such as The Cadogan Estate and Grosvenor Estate. Tara Parkinson graduated from Buckinghamshire New University with a degree in International Tourism Management to embark on an exciting career travelling the world as cabin crew for Virgin Atlantic. Furloughed during the pandemic, Tara chose to pivot her career and joined Chesterton’s, one of London’s premier estate agencies, as a Senior Office Coordinator managing the daily operations of the office. When the opportunity to work at Oliver Bernard arose, it aligned perfectly with Tara’s desire for a new challenge. Now, she builds the foundations of our office in Mayfair as a coordinator and PA. Outside of work, Tara is a proud dog mum to her cockapoo Ralph and her passion for travel continues to grow – “the hotter the country, the better!”

A qualified Chartered Surveyor, Charlie combines deep market knowledge with sharp commercial insight and is now one of the few estate agents with over a decade of experience and the professional qualification to go with it. Where Charlie differs, is that he has dedicated his entire career to get to this point. He studied Rural Land and Property Management at the Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester, he then joined the Tesco Property Acquisitions team as a graduate surveyor before transferring to Carter Jonas Mayfair to finish his APC and qualify as a Chartered Surveyor. George Vernon

George Vernon, co-founder and MRICS qualified, began his career in property with some of London’s most prestigious clients. OB Private began as Oliver Bernard Private, born from the shared vision of two friends: Charles Oliver Gibson, a Mayfair real estate expert, and Ralph Bernard de Wavrin, owner of luxury villas in Greece.
