Offer Terms & Conditions

This offer does not apply to properties already under OB Private’s management.
For landlords who choose to let their property through OB Private, the property management service (typically 6%) will be provided free of charge for the first year.
The standard lettings service fee of 10% remains applicable during this period.
From the second year onwards, a full management fee of 16% + VAT will apply.
