Oliver Bernard Private acts solely as a booking agent on your behalf. We are not responsible for the contracts you enter into or any travel arrangements or services you purchase. Your contract is directly with the supplier of the services.

To secure a booking, you must submit a completed and signed Booking Form along with a non-refundable deposit. Once payment is made, a binding contract between you and the supplier is established.

Payments are usually made in the currency required by the supplier. We accept wire transfers for booking payments.

Any requests to amend or cancel a booking must be made in writing via email. Changes or cancellations will be subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier, and cancellation charges may apply.

While travel insurance is often required by suppliers, it is strongly recommended that you purchase insurance to cover cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other potential expenses.

Please inform us of any special requests or disabilities at the time of booking. We will forward them to the supplier, but cannot guarantee they will be fulfilled. If your needs cannot be met, we may not be able to confirm your booking.

Most suppliers require a security deposit to cover any damages or extra charges during your stay. This deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your departure, subject to any deductions.

If you encounter a problem, report it immediately to your villa consultants to allow them the opportunity to resolve it. If you do not report the issue during your stay, any compensation may be reduced or nullified.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct passport, visa, and health documentation for your trip. We recommend verifying specific requirements with the relevant authorities.
