Sea Siren is a private beachfront home set directly on the famed Pink Sand Beach on Harbour Island. Renovated and extended in 2025, it offers a calm, refined escape for those who value privacy and thoughtful design.

The main house sleeps 8 across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a further 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the guest cottage, comfortably accommodating 12 guests. Interiors are curated with a considered mix of Karl Springer, Curtis Jere and Vladimir Kagan pieces, complemented by contemporary artworks from the owner’s private collection. Every bedroom is dressed with 300 thread count Serena and Lily linens for a restful night’s sleep.

A private office and gym provide space for both work and wellbeing, complete with a Peloton bike – please bring your own cleats – yoga mats and weights.

Days unfold with ease, supported by Sea Siren’s dedicated team. Daily housekeeping is provided, apart from Sundays, with the housekeeper arriving at 9am to refresh the home. Breakfast is included each morning, also excluding Sunday. A butler and on-site manager are on hand throughout the day to arrange beach set-ups, reservations, and errands, ensuring a seamless stay. The gardener maintains the grounds daily, except Sunday, keeping the gardens lush and inviting.

The setting is quietly idyllic. Sea Siren sits directly on the oceanfront with natural palm-leaf beach umbrellas providing shaded spots on the pink sands. A private pool is tucked among tropical planting, offering a peaceful retreat for swims and slow afternoons. Evenings can be centred around the outdoor grill, perfect for cooking local grouper or lobster.

Practical comforts are thoughtfully considered. Every room has air conditioning, and a hotel-sized generator and private water supply ensure uninterrupted ease throughout your stay. The main house includes a television, and the property is equipped with reliable Wi-Fi powered by Starlink, providing strong coverage across both the main house and guest cottage.

Sea Siren’s concierge service is available to arrange boat days, local tours, beach bonfires, or a golf cart for exploring the island. Simply speak to the butler for anything you may need.
