The Villa is defined throughout by minimal design utilizing earthly hues and wood, thus oozing an essence of natural opulence. Serenity and peace of mind is on full display, accompanied by warm local hospitality and luxury service to ensure the most memorable experience possible.
The villa features three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and can easily accommodate 10 people (6 adults and 4 children), since two of the bedrooms feature single beds and a built-in sofa with Coco-Mat mattress, while in the living room there is a four-meter-long sofa with Coco-Mat mattresses.
The inside of the home is simple yet chic, bright and spacious, offering 189 square meters of open plan comfortable living areas. Within its lavish yet minimal interiors you will find a cozy living room and a top-of-the-range fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing delicious meals. A shaded terrace is furnished with a dining table creating the ultimate outdoor dining environment. The large panoramic windows offer endless views outside of the home.
The ground floor bedroom offers a double bed and a sofa bed that is perfect for a little one to sleep in. With beautiful garden views as well as direct access to the pool and the patio, the bedroom also features an outdoor private bathtub. On the ground floor there is also a WC. The two large bedrooms that are located on the first floor have double beds, en-suite bathrooms, and a furnished terrace with sofas that sets the scene for relaxing moments enjoying the beautiful view to the sea. One of the first floor bedrooms also comes with a sofa bed.
All rooms are fully equipped with Coco-Mat beds, and include air conditioning and led TVs. There are sunbeds by the private swimming pool (5mx15m). The villa also includes an alarm system to ensure guests’ safety.
