The villa is located in a large and beautiful private property in north eastern Sardinia so there are virtually no constructions in the eyesight. Villa Marzia was built in 1976 by a famous italian architect called Luigi Caccia Dominioni.
The villa is located in a small bay and has straight access to its sandy beach which is 50 meters from the villa. The bay forms a well protected natural harbour even for large yachts. The villa enjoys exceptional views.
There is a further beach available for your use just a short 10 minutes walk from the villa, which is famous in the region for its crystal clear water.
Villa Marzia occupies a marvellous estate featuring green lawns and Mediterranean trees scattered between the bay and the large canopied terrace. The latter offers a transit point between the peaceful gardens and the interiors designed by a renowned architect, along with a magnificent patio decorated by a fountain. In the rooms, you will find parquet flooring, ceiling beams and decidedly southern furniture in the living room, while the dining room’s decoration is more aristocratic. Fine contemporary paintings adorn the rooms.
Artworks chosen with discernment, that also decorate the walls of the bedrooms: eight superb suites that share six bathrooms and enjoy privileged views of the azure waters.
