Entrance to the villa is through a beautiful courtyard framed by natural stone walls, where
thoughtful landscaping and a variety of water features create a serene oasis, enhanced by
the soothing sound of flowing water. At the heart of this tranquil space stands a set of
exquisite Indian doors, adorned with intricate carvings and rich with history, completing
the atmosphere of timeless elegance.

This stunning villa, complete with a separate guest house, accommodates up to 12
guests across 8 luxurious bedroom suites; (5 in the main house and 3 in the guest house).

Multiple seating and sunbathing areas are thoughtfully positioned throughout the property.
The lowest terrace is on the sea front and features a private jetty for easy boat access, as
well as a ladder for swimming. Additionally, a supplementary sea-level platform provides
an ideal spot for swimming and sunbathing, equipped with its own ladder for easy access
to the sea.

The unique, 65m, infinity pool faces south, with breathtaking 180-degree sea views. The pool cabana has al fresco dining with its own separate service kitchen, a comfortable seating area and large bar. In front of the bar, an elevated circular pool, with built-in seating, sits above the main pool, where a gentle waterfall feature cascades below.

Shaded pergolas with sunbeds provide the ideal spot to chill and soak up the sun. The master suite is on the ground floor with super king size bed. The en suite bathroom has a bath and separate walk-in shower, double basins, W.C. and bidet. There is a large walk-in dressing room. The terrace has comfortable armchairs, spectacular views and steps to a secluded lawned terrace with shaded pergola with seating

On the first floor there are two bedroom suites with Juliet balconies. Equipped with Super King beds, both have dressing room areas and ensuite walk-in shower rooms with double basins and W.C. One has a private terrace and courtyard view, one has a sea and pool view.

On the lower ground floor there is also a cinema with comfortable sofas, a library, a large
indoor bar with TV snug, and a gym.

The separate guest house is fully air-conditioned and comprises 3 en suite bedrooms with
dressing areas, a spacious open plan, living and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
A large south facing terrace runs along the front of the house, with comfortable seating,
dining, and sunbathing areas, it offers sweeping 180 degree sea views. The west terrace
has direct access to the pool, and an open view across it, to the main house.
