Nomios Villa

The house is situated on top of a hill, on a 10,000m2 private plot of land with unobstructed views across the Aegean Sea. On a clear day you can see across to Mykonos and the other Cycladic islands. Split in two levels, Nomios Villa can accommodate up to 10 guests in various modern accommodation options; a perfect villa for a large group or a family.

The master bedroom is extremely light and airy, with en suite shower room and filled with lovely local Greek toiletries. The other two double bedrooms share a nice sized shower room across the corridor. The second bedroom has a mezzanine level with a double bed…great for teenagers or children. A further double en suite bedroom with outside access and disability access is located beyond the kitchen. Above the master bedroom is a small office space, which can also sleep overflowing children.

Its lovely alfresco outdoor dining area and the infinity pool, are a rather realistic extension of the bright blue waters that dominate the views. There is an outdoor kitchen, which has a wood oven, pizza oven and BBQ. The villa also boasts a tennis court and heli pad and in the basement of the house, a gym, table tennis and yoga area. As well as a steam room and massage room, there is a well-stocked wine cellar.

The staff are there to look after your every need – including a chef and assistant to cook breakfast and one other meal a day. Anything can be organised here.
