A second en-suite bedroom with queen size bed at a separate built on the ground floor with private entrance and direct access to pool. A third en-suite bedroom with double size bed at a separate built on the ground floor with private entrance and direct access to pool. On the lower level – there is a cinema room with poof loungers and a stunning UHD 75” TV, a sauna, hammam, and a super modern and fully equipped gym with cutting-edge fitness equipment and accessories.

A second underground, well ventilated, separate and autonomous apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. There are also, a common bathroom, a small kitchen and a living room. The 10 meter long length open glass doors which cover the view of the Toroneos Gulf and the main purpose is that when you enter the villa, you will look straight at the horizon and the sea view. The outdoor swimming pool – which is 120 square meters long – looks like an element of the sea is part of the living room.

The villa is situated in one of the most blessed place of Halkidiki. It is 8km from the village Neos Marmaras and 15km from the village Nikiti. It’s worth a visit to the Historical and Folklore Museum of Nikiti and the traditional village Parthenonas.
