Walking into this newly built, impeccably designed villa, you are filled with a sense of calm. The house has been built with sustainability and eco friendliness at the forefront of the owners’ mind. From the tiles on the roof of which the owners have used repurposed old traditional tiles, the tiles in the pool made from recycled glass, and the house being built solely from the rock that came from the excavation. The outdoor shower also waters the Olive tree!

The open plan kitchen and living area open up onto the pool terrace and courtyard from both sides. The bamboo pergola that wraps around the house, shades the outside dining table and the seating areas, making it the perfect spot for al fresco dining (or drinking!) There is plenty of space for everyone to relax, including enough sunbeds for the whole group. The pool is larger than most, 22m long, with a shallow end, so it's ideal for young families! The views from the pool are simply stunning!

The bedrooms are cool and simple in design, each identified by a different colour. They all have king size beds and en suite shower rooms. The fourth bedroom has a super king size bed that can be made into twin beds as well as a sofa/extra bed in this room for spill overs! Three of the 4 bedrooms are only accessed from the outside and all the bedrooms have views out onto the pool and the sea beyond.

The house comes with a housekeeper who comes 6 days a week, and a very knowledgeable concierge manager who can organise absolutely anything for your stay.
