The villa is situated on a small hill just 100m above the water and has breath taking views to the sea, Kalami Bay, Agni Bay and all the way to Corfu Town from all its windows and balconies.

Spread over three floors with a glass elevator giving access to each floor and the parking area and sleeping up to 10 (plus two infants) the villa has been finished to an exceptionally high standard with fantastic sea facing views from every room. Outdoor areas abound with several separate areas catering for all members of the group.

Top floor consists of an open plan kitchen, dining, lounge area and WC indoors and large veranda with outdoor bbq area, large outdoor dining table (sits 12) and lounge areas. The verandas are covered with canopies. The middle floor has 3 ensuite bedrooms of which there is a master bedroom suite, a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a third double or twin bedroom with wheelchair access and a large bathroom. There is a separate entrance on this level leading to the middle floor outdoor areas and the pool. The lift provides easy access to all areas of the house.

The ground floor has 2 ensuite bedrooms. One double bedroom that can be made into twin beds with ensuite shower room and a family suite that can sleep up to four people. This suite has a large bedroom with a double bed and a separate lounge area with a sofa bed that can either be double or twin, with a separate bathroom with double showers and access to the large outdoor sitting areas of the ground floor. On this floor there is also a kitchenette with fridge/Nespresso/kettle/toaster, the gym with spinning bike/2 Bosu/TRX/kettlebells/dumbbells/yoga mats and blocks/gym mats/trampoline/incline bench/free weights, the linen storage, the laundry room with separate entrance and the mech room. It also has two more entrances.

All rooms have direct sea view with large verandas, balconies or outdoor areas, Cocomat double or triple layer bed systems, Cocomat bed linen and towels, Gym, Pool and beach towels, large closets in all rooms, hairdryers in all rooms, large smart TV sets in lounge, master bedroom, family suite and gym. There is AC throughout, WiFi, alarm system and outdoor security cameras as well as Sonos in every room and outdoor speakers.
The pool can be heated and the pool pergola comes with built in sofas and fridge bar, pool WC, outdoor showers, panoramic elevator, extended outdoor areas on pool level with breakfast table that seats 12, large outdoor areas at ground level with table-tennis and children's playground and a large parking area.

Villa Fos is perfect for all groups of holidayers - walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. The famous White House - where Lawrence & Gerald Durrell both lived in the 1930s - with its renowned restaurant and beach lounge area, is just 3 minutes away as well as Kalami village with more beach restaurants and supermarkets. Gialiskari beach is also a 5 minute walk and from there a lovely path leads to famous Agni Bay in 15 minutes for the more adventurous ones.

The villa comes with a chef for July and August and the House Manager can help with absolutely anything that you may need during your stay.
