The house is modern and beautifully finished. On entering the villa, you’ll find a grand living room with an open fireplace, a large dining room and a modern kitchen. On the first floor there is a fully equipped gym with amazing mountain views, and a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. On the lower floor there are three double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and garden access, and a large playroom. There is also a studio on this floor with its own entrance, kitchen and ensuite. A further double ensuite bedroom can be found in the garden canopy.

The villa has great style and a wonderful outside space, with lovely sea views and the house blends beautifully into the local countryside. There is an L-shaped pool (can be heated), huge pool area and terrace with comfortable sunbeds, and an outside sitting room with large, comfortable sofas – plenty of space for everyone.

There is a play area for children with swings, a trampoline and a table tennis table. There are also several dining terraces, including a large, covered terrace with a BBQ, fridges and a long table seating up to 20 guests. With access to the beach through the gate and down the path, this is a perfect house for a family get together!
