Villa Rosanna is an impressive 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa built of Brac stone (the same stone as the US White House). The traditional stone villa has been completely refurbished to a high luxury standard. With a rare 50 metre waterfront sitting right on the Adriatic sea.

This beautifully designed villa has been newly furnished to a high standard and the interior decor features a fresh cream French style with accents of colour, carefully chosen artwork and the highest quality soft furnishings, linens and fabrics throughout.

On arrival at Villa Rosanna you will be welcomed by the beautiful garden filled with pines, palms, colourful bougainvillea and geraniums and the fragrance from the rosemary as well as a vegetable garden you are very welcome to use. The Adriatic views over to Hvar and the Dalmatian Coast are spectacular and best enjoyed from the numerous spacious terraces that almost cascade down to the sea including one with a Jacuzzi and another with a hammock from which to while away the day.

The villa is a 40 minute car ferry ride to Brac Island from Split airport, this is a wonderful journey and dolphins can often be seen on the way, then once on Brac Island it is a 40 minute drive to the villa. Alternatively, transfers are arranged on the villa’s privately owned boat where you will be met by the skipper and transferred directly to the villa. This journey is highly recommended and a wonderful way to arrive. Full details and costs on request.

There are 6 bedrooms located on different levels – each with hand chipped stone washbasins made of Brac stone, Philip Starke white ware, designer Italian tiles, and gorgeous amenities including huge bath towels and hand-made natural toiletries. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with a different style in each, comfy new beds, quality linens, soft lighting and ample wardrobe space.

Entrance to the villa is on the middle level where there are two air-conditioned bedrooms (a queen and a twin room) each with an en-suite bathroom. There is also an entertainment room with Satellite TV, DVD, CD, surround sound and an I-Pod docking station.

The top floor of the villa has two air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms (king beds) and there is also a full kitchen available, a sitting area and two terraces.

The ground floor has two air-conditioned bedrooms (king beds), both with en-suite bathroom. Also on this level is the fully fitted main kitchen which has cream stone worktops and a central counter. Adjacent is the dining room as well as the covered terrace and alfresco dining. On the opposite side of the kitchen you will find a most comfortable lounge area with stone fireplace and this whole floor features cleverly designed glass and wood doors that open completely out to the lovely terrace.

There are 3 plasma TV/Satellite/DVD players in 3 sitting rooms in the villa. There is complimentary internet and guests are also provided with a phone to use for your stay. Everything you would wish for in a high end villa is there including two kayaks, two bikes, ping pong table, iPod dock, CD player, internet radio, air-conditioning in all rooms and a generous welcome pack is provided on arrival.

The lower terrace gives access directly into the Adriatic sea where there are steps right into the crystal waters below. There is also a buoy available to tie up a boat, guests can hire the villas’s 22 ft boat and knowledgeable skipper for the day to explore this beautiful coastline. As the villa is right on the Adriatic sea many water-sport activities such as water skiing, scuba diving, fishing and sailing, can be arranged on request.

The fishing village of Sumartin is 5 minutes drive away and has a bakery, supermarket and three restaurants and a number of cafe bars. The village of Selca is also five minutes away which has beautiful architecture, small shops and cafe bars as well as a few restaurants. To venture a little further and take a half hour car ferry ride to the sophisticated town of Makarska, there you will find interesting architecture and many designer shops and fine restaurants.

Villa Rosanna provides quality accommodation for the discerning clients with either a fully catered or self catering service to suit, the team of staff have an attentive, energetic approach and are on hand to take care of every need. Guests can also request a chef service (full time or for selected meals) and this is prepared and served restaurant style – many guests have enjoyed spectacular meals on the beautifully laid outdoor terrace dining table.
