The first floor consists of one bedroom with a large terrace and and a lounge also offering access to its own generous terrace. The open-plan ground floor of Villa Sea consists of a large kitchen equipped with top-quality Miele appliances where the preparation of dishes and delicacies will be a most relaxing experience.
The beautiful dining room for 12 persons is a work of art in itself while the living room has been created with utter relaxation in mind. Unwind in front of the 75 inch TV or spend pleasant afternoons and evenings playing various board games with your family and friends.

The beautiful ground floor further houses one bedroom with direct access to the pool terrace as well as a guest toilet. The sixth bedroom is located one level closer to the sea. The gym is at the top level so that guests do not lag behind their training routine even during their vacation.

Large glass surfaces and the atrium stretching over two floors are the main feature of the luxurious interior of Villa Sea, filling it with an abundance of natural light. Carefully chosen decor, minimalist artwork, a delicate colour-scheme and the high range designer furniture are the crown jewels adorning all rooms of this this attractive villa.

The ground floor of Villa Sea offers access to a 200 m2 terrace with a beautiful infinity pool of 50 m2. Refresh yourself in the pool at any time of the day enjoying the divine view of the open sea or stretch out on comfortable sun loungers by the pool under the warm summer sun.

Meals can be prepared on the outdoor gas and charcoal grill, and a covered outdoor dining area is available for a fantastic al-fresco dining experience. The comfortable lounge area is an ideal choice for soaking up the beauties of nature, breathing in the crisp sea air while enjoying a morning cup of coffee or your favourite cocktail in the evening.

When you wish to take a swim in the sea, it is enough to go down the stairs which will lead you to the beach in front of the villa. Do not miss the heavenly sunsets which you can easily enjoy from one the many terraces or sunbathing areas of Villa Sea, which lies on a 1000 m2 large, completely fenced property embedded between pine trees forest and beautiful Mediterranean gardens.

Next to the main house is a fully equipped gym with own shower. Tennis courts with or without trainer are a 5 min drive away. For the active nature lovers the entire area is surrounded by well kept hiking and cycling paths. For water enthusiasts we offer 2 Fanatic Stand Up Paddles and snorkels with the possibility to explore the neighboring islands. The nearby scuba diving center offers diving courses. Jet ski or a boat with a skipper can be booked on demand. Daily trips can be organised to islands Lastovo, Mljet, Vis and Hvar.
