The Family Room adjoins the open plan kitchen and leads onto the main terrace with comfortable sofas to chill out on. The downstairs playroom and teenager den is kitted out with a table tennis table, 50" flatscreen TV, DVD player, Amazon TV. Towels and linen are included. All linen is luxurious, 200-thread count Egyptian cotton. Comfortable pillows and mattresses. Beach towels are included. Air conditioning, cot, high chair, internet access, streamed TV all available.

All the pool furniture is incredibly comfortable and luxurious and the huge sun parasols are perfect for relaxing away from the Greek sun. The 13.5m x 6m pool is beautifully tiled with glass mosaic and has a generous shallow area and sunbathing area perfect for young children. The villa is located in an area of Outstanding Natural beauty and is only a short drive to the port of Agios Nikolaos, where you will find shops, tavernas and the fabulous Peligoni Sailing Club. Why not take a boat trip to see the famous Blue Caves and glorious Shipwreck Beach.

Daily cleaning is included and we can organise a local chef on request. We recommend you hire a car for your stay. A beautiful villa perfect for family holidays or big groups of friends. There are plenty of places in and out of the house for everyone to relax.
