Oliver Bernard Private is looking to recruit an experienced office Coordinator / Personal Assistant to join our efficient Property and Travel Agency in the heart of Mayfair on Bruton Street. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who has great initiative, a big work ethic, enjoys having responsibility and is excited by growth. With those attributes it will provide the already outstanding team a solid foundation for growth throughout the year.

Although preferable, It is not essential that you have experience working in Property or Travel, what is essential is that the candidate is a collaborative individual, someone who is exceptionally organised and loves to plan and lead the team from an administrative perspective.

The focus is on the candidate and their ability to be proactive, self-motivated and own their role. In return, the team will be incredibly humble and appreciative,  he strength a great coordinator can bring to a wider team is invaluable.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of systems: Spearheading efficient management of office procedures and systems.

Marketing Initiatives: Controlling the creation of several marketing initiatives to ensure all campaigns are collaborative between property and travel.

Property Viewings: Conduct property previews, collect keys, open doors for photgraphers and vidographers.

Property Descriptions: Put together, with the help of copy right, descriptions of properties.

Applicant / Property Management: Ensure all buyers / sellers and clients have comprehensive Identify and proof of address checks and maintain weekly viewing reports for clients.

Team Leadership: To inspire and guide a team to use systems that enhance the companies efficiency.

Strategic Contribution: Take minutes and provide insights on KPI’s through various weekly reports / meetings to shape strategic business initiatives, driving growth and innovation.

Client Relationships: Enhance existing relationships with clients by delivering various marketing invitees for directors, such as hand written notes / letters and brochures prior to meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

Computer Programmes: Efficient / Competent in: MS Office Software Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Photoshop, Adobe Editor.

Interpersonal Excellence: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at nurturing both client and colleague relationships.
