Position Summary: As the Head of Sales for our Notting Hill branch, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence in this esteemed neighbourhood. Your primary responsibilities will encompass securing instructions on high-quality properties, engaging with buyers, negotiating successful property sales, and fostering an in-depth understanding of the local market and property values. Additionally, you will lead, motivate, and mentor a team of negotiators to surpass their KPIs while embodying our commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Portfolio: Obtain a robust portfolio of properties that meet the defined quality and quantity criteria, aligning with business targets.

Buyer Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential buyers, skilfully presenting property offerings that align with their needs and desires.

Negotiation: Expertly negotiate property sales, ensuring optimal terms and satisfaction for both buyers and sellers.

Market Expertise: Develop an intimate knowledge of the Notting Hill, Holland Park, and Kensington areas, encompassing property values, trends, and competitive dynamics.

Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and guide a team of negotiators to excel in meeting and exceeding their individual and collective performance goals.
